This is a classic catmint variety for a reason. It was found in an Irish garden (which it was named after) and won the PPA Perennial Plant of the Year in 2007.
Despite the name, this is a taller variety and has one of the longest bloom periods of the catmints, providing beautiful blue-purple blooms all summer. It's deer and rabbit resistant- yay! To keep its shape, don't be afraid to cut it back mid-summer. It'll come back stronger and better.
